A signature of soul and substance

Maguelonne Walewska has been an interior architect for over twenty years. A passionate self-taught designer, she envisions warm and refined spaces where every detail tells a story.

Her style, both timeless and distinctive, blends French classicism with understated modernity. Subtle colors, noble materials, and balanced volumes: her projects Parisian apartments, family homes, hotels, or restaurants are conceived as tailor-made settings, elegant and full of soul.

Trained in decorative painting, she developed an expert eye for material effects and a perfect command of color. In 2011, she launched her first furniture collection, designed in collaboration with French artisans.

Today, she is committed to more responsible design, incorporating sustainable materials without ever compromising on the precision of lines or the art of detail, both in decoration and furniture design.

Furniture: responsible and committed design

True to her attention to detail and sense of proportion, Maguelonne Walewska is now exploring a more sustainable path, without compromising on elegance. In her projects and furniture collections, she incorporates responsible materials, rethinking manufacturing processes to combine ethics and aesthetics.

A symbol of this commitment is the Nuage table, one of her iconic creations, available in two versions depending on the location and intended use:

An eco-innovative version, with a 3D-printed recycled plastic base and resin top, designed for public spaces and high-traffic projects.
A handcrafted, natural version, with a base and top made from locally sourced wood, which highlights the craftsmanship of woodworking and the connection to raw materials.

Through this approach, Maguelonne Walewska confirms her ambition: to design interiors and objects that are beautiful, functional and in tune with their time.

Maleyssie Project: Re-enchanting Hospitality

It is in the heart of Chartres that Maguelonne Walewska has completed her latest major project: the complete renovation of the Maleyssie mansion, an 18th-century building that was extended during the 19th and early 20th centuries.

This project embodies a clear desire: to offer Chartres an innovative, unexpected venue with a bold aesthetic. A lively venue, designed to surprise as much as to welcome, where the interior design becomes a signature feature.

A brasserie with exotic accents

The tone is set as soon as you enter: the brasserie transports visitors to a refined otherworld. Each element of the décor has been designed as an invitation to travel, combining distant inspirations and a cosy atmosphere.

A bar inspired by 19th-century clubs

The bar evokes the warm and intimate atmosphere of old private clubs. Attention to materials is essential here: the tables, designed by Maguelonne Walewska, combine organic design and sustainability. Their bases were 3D-printed from recycled plastic, illustrating the designer's commitment to more responsible architecture.

Eight luxury suites

Upstairs, the eight suites have each been designed with a unique décor. Bespoke headboards, bold colour palettes, generous textiles: everything has been designed to create warm, comfortable atmospheres full of character.
